All BEGUMMY items correspond to the size advertised. So we recommend you choose the size you are used to taking. If in doubt, see our "Sizes GUIDE" section. This section is available at The following address or directly from the pages dedicated to BEGUMMY jackets.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS?
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Occasional delays are still possible, regardless of our will, due to the procedures imposed by the Customs clearance service.

ARE THE DELIVERIES FREE?
We offer free deliveries under certain conditions. To check the conditions in order to benefit from free deliveries according to the country of destination, please see our page "Shipping and return conditions".

Once you have found your article, select your size and click on the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of the page. To complete your order, you just have to follow the steps shown.
DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you do not need to have a BEGUMMY account to place an order. However, if you register, you will benefit from the following benefits:

WHAT ARE THE MEANS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED BY BEGUMMY?
We accepted the Visa and MasterCard cards. You also have the possibility to pay with PayPal, IDeal, Giropay, SOFORT or any other payment system proposed by ING, KBC and Belfius.
At BEGUMMY, the security of your personal data online is particularly important. Our system uses the latest SSL encryption technology so that your personal data and credit card data are securely transmitted. All orders are processed by a secure control system provided by Ingenico Payment Services. We do not record your credit card data in any way and we do not share your personal information with third parties.
HOW MUCH WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE VARIOUS TAXES?
By default, the prices of our products are understood as VAT (Belgian). Customers ordering from a country serving as RDA (rendered duty paid) will pay the costs and import taxes incurred. You will be required to pay all import costs and taxes as well as customs duties. These sums will be due from or immediately after delivery.
Please note that BeGummy has no control over the costs, taxes and customs levied in the country of destination. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to inform you of the total amount of the various taxes to be paid, since they vary from country to state.
Customers ordering from a country serving as a RDD (due rights) will only pay for the cost of items purchased and shipping costs. Import duties or tax charges will be directly charged to you by our logistic partner or by an import broker you have appointed. We advise you to contact your local customs authority in order to determine the cost of the landing before you proceed with the purchase.
WHERE'S MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of the shipping details as well as a tracking number.
We strive to send all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times should be considered as an example only and start from the date of shipment. BEGUMMY is not liable for delays caused by the procedures imposed by the Customs clearance service of the country of destination.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
BeGummy accepts referral and exchange for all items. BeGummy proposes the full reimbursement of the amount paid or the exchange of articles.

ARE THE RETURNS FREE?
The cost of sending the/info item (s) that you wish to return to us for an exchange or refund is not supported or reimbursed by BeGummy.
HOW LONG WILL MY EXCHANGE/REFUND REQUEST BE PROCESSED?
In case of reimbursement, we will return the sum by the same means of payment that you used (PayPal or credit card) within 10 working days.
